MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER CONVERSION

Our recent Mercedes Benz Sprinter conversion for our client Bruce, titled ‘Dans Le Vent’ - French for ‘In The Wind’.

Drawing inspiration from his lifestyle on the water, the design behind Bruce’s Van was to create a ‘stealth’ inconspicuous commercial van from the outside, with the feel and frills of a luxurious ‘land yacht’ on the interior. We achieved this through the use of painted timber lining boards, custom solid American Oak cabinetry with rattan details, teak flooring, and we even created a timber porthole window to really complete the look. 

The van is fully equipped with Queen size bed, fridge, microwave/convection oven, sink, heated outdoor shower, power outlets, architectural lighting, water tanks, and an overflow of innovative storage/ space saving solutions. Bruce wanted a ‘crisp’ and concealed utility area to easily store and access all of his recreational gear, which included his 10’6 surfboard as well as electric bike. We delivered. 

Bruce is now ready to hit the road and visit his friends along the East Coast of Australia, without compromising on comfort or style.
